Note: During the summer of 2003, the Office of Management and Budget redefined the Chattanooga Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) based upon information from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2000 Census. The Chattanooga MSA was redefined to include Sequatchie County in Tennessee. Therefore, the Chattanooga MSA now consists of Hamilton, Marion and Sequatchie counties in Tennessee and Catoosa, Dade and Walker counties in Georgia. As information based upon the newly defined MSA becomes available, we will update our materials.
