Who they serve: Local companies seeking employee assessments, job analysis and skill training for employees.

What they do: Occupational and Skills Training: Assist employers in upgrading the skills of their workers. Conduct job profiling and employee assessment programs that enable an employer to detail needs to agencies providing workers and design more effective means of finding qualified job applicants. Also training in Total Quality Management and personal computing courses, supervisory, management, mechanical, electrical control, and leadership, etc.

Requirements for Program: Employer need and willingness to contract for services, for credit and non-credit courses – training is customized to meet company needs.

Length of program: Dependant upon need

Number of clients: 200-250 companies; 1800 employees
