Who they serve: Established businesses, new ventures, and potential business owners in Southeast Tennessee and Northern Georgia.

What they provide: a single, comprehensive source of solutions, making available knowledge and practical experience that can assist you in attaining your businsss goals.  Licensed business counselors and volunteers who are small business owners staff the center.

Counselors will meet you on site or in their offices and will work with you for as long as it takes.  Your information is held in the strictest confidence.

Business Resource Center

Who They Serve: Potential and established business owners

What they Do: The Business Resource Center (BRC) houses the following

Resources for entrepreneurs:

• A reference library containing directories, periodicals and other marketing materials for use by entrepreneurs to assess markets, industry trends and other data and statistics.
• A computer center featuring business planning software and Internet access
• A video center with a business video library

NOTE: The BRC is also the screening interviewer for the Chattanooga Business Connection (see under Financial Assistance). BRC is staffed by three small business specialists and uses over 100 volunteer counselors.
