Councils and Ambassadors
The Councils and Ambassadors are the backbone of the Chamber's volunteer presence. Each of these member-driven volunteer groups comes together around a focus of interest. The area councils work with issues that businesses in the same geographic area hold in common. The Ambassadors participate in a range of activities to promote, support, and communicate with Chamber members.
The Councils and Ambassadors provide opportunities for members to be involved in solving problems, discussing issues, and implementing special projects and events. At monthly meetings, members are offered networking opportunities, stimulating speakers, and civic projects that benefit businesses, schools, and other constituencies.
Each council serves the unique needs of its members with its own board, strategic plan, annual budget, programs and initiatives.
